Need Help?

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Minimum order size for all print orders is 12 pieces per design printed. You may mix your shirt styles within the 12 pieces with the condition that it is the same print image on all (fit & size must apply); however we may charge a small set-up fee if the print is complicated. We will print smaller orders, but please be aware that screen printing requires the same amount of set-up for 1 shirt or 100, and price per shirt under 12 pieces is considerably higher. We do offer full color direct-to-garment printing for as little as one piece. You will need to expect a 9-12 day turn-around and an art charge may apply if your picture is not printer ready. For Embroidery, you can do as little as 1 piece. Keep in mind that the fewer the pieces, the higher the unit cost to embroider your items will be. For Promotional Products, there may be minimums depending on what product you are interested in.

WHEN WILL MY SHIRTS BE DONE?

Our production time is generally 7-9 work days after your art composition is approved and acknowledged in writing. There are seasonal times when we may be faster or longer, we can generally let you know what to expect at the time you place your order. If you let us know when you need your shirts in hand, we try our best to meet that date. If you need less than our production time, rush charges may apply. Embroidery production time is longer due to the nature of sewing each garment. You can expect 14-20 work days or less to complete.

DO YOU KEEP MY SCREENS?

We do not retain print order screens, but if you let us know that you will be reordering a minimum of 12 pieces within a 5 work day period, we are glad to hold your screens for reprinting. A re-setup charge may still apply on the reorder because the screens must be set on the press, inked and test printed to insure your print is exactly as you expect.

HOW MUCH ARE SET-UP/SCREEN CHARGES?

In most cases, we will quote you the price of your unique print that will include the shirt, print, and set-up. The only additional cost may be the sales tax or any changes that were requested after the initial quote. There may be additional charges for situations such as ink changes, over sized shirts, rushed deadline, unpackaging your provided shirts, or art. We will inform you of any additional costs prior to placing your order. For Screen Printing, you may have a $60 art charge per design if not provided in a vector format. Repeat orders of the exact design will not have this charge. For Embroidery, you will have a digitizing fee of $40.00 per design. Repeat orders will not have this charge. For Promotional Products, there may be set-up charges depending on the item sought.

CAN I GET ONE MORE SHIRT?

Unfortunately, once an order is completed and the screens are removed from the press, any additional shirts are considered a new order and the 12 piece minimum will apply again. If you still want only the one piece, you will be charged for the full 12 pieces. We recommend that you are as accurate with your initial pieces at the time of your order or add a few extras just in case. Also, if you are adding extras to your order daily, you must finalize your shirt count 3 days prior to our set-up time.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SHIRTS?

All orders are pre-paid for custom printing. A half down deposit maybe required for reorders and all orders with a balance is due upon satisfied delivery. We do require full payment in advance for custom shirt orders that are a rush and for events such as trade shows, reunions, birthday parties, out-of-state shipments, funeral memorials, or anything similar to the mentioned events.

HOW SHOULD I MAKE MY ART?

If you prefer no art charge, then providing vector art in an Adobe Illustrator file, with all text converted to outlines is the best option.

Corel Draw is also appropriate converted to curves.  Make your files portable by saving them as a .pdf or .png. In most cases we will need to completely recreate your art, so keeping track of all fonts used as well as retaining original copies of images can be very helpful.  We will accept a scrap paper of your art to use as your idea for creating the art image you desire. We will charge a $60.00 art fee to create and vectorize your art. We will let you know in advance if we can use your provided art or if we need to recreate it for printing. Just so you know, a “picture” of your art or logo will not work for our screen printing process and is not a substitute for vector art.  If you do not have your art in a vector format, we will recreate it for the $60.00 art fee.

CAN YOU PRINT A PHOTOGRAPH ONTO MY SHIRT?

We recommend that you consider the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) print method for full color photograph reproduction onto a shirt for small orders of 12 or less. All DTG is prepaid, Art must be in .svg format and the 9-12 day production time applies.

We can use photographs for screen printing, however, please realize that full color screen printing will not be achieved plus the cost of full color screen print art is different than what we produce and expensive for average print runs.  We can adapt your art using halftones (dot patterns) to recreate the image, but details will be compromised, and we recommend a light color shirt for best results. If you prefer this method, we will only accept high-quality photographs with very little dark areas.

HOW BIG WILL THE ART BE ON THE SHIRTS?

We fit your art to the smallest shirt in your print run and that will be the size on all your shirts.  If you have a mix of infant, youth, and adult shirts that require different print sizes, you will need to have minimum 12 pieces per each print size.

If you have a specific size in mind, please let us know this prior to printing your shirts.  In absence of a preferred print size, we will generally print to the industry standard. We will not refund your purchase if you let us know post-printing that you preferred another print size.  The time to let us know is at the time you approve your art prior to printing.

Most industry standards are left chest or neck stamp at 4” wide, round designs no larger than 10” in diameter, sleeve or odd locations approximately 3.5” wide, and larger designs about 12.25” wide.

Our maximum print size is 12.25” wide x16” tall.

MAY I MIX SHIRT STYLES AND COLORS?

Yes, If the same print, print size, and ink colors work on all of the shirts. There is a $10 charge for each ink change per location.

WHY AREN'T MY COLORS THE SAME AS LAST TIME?

If you are reordering a design and need an exact color match, we will need to see one of the original shirts to match it as close as possible.
